How often should I have dental checkups?

We recommend dental checkups and cleanings every six months for most patients. However, if you have gum disease, diabetes, or other oral health concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits. Regular checkups help catch problems early and maintain optimal oral health.

What is involved in a professional teeth cleaning?

A professional cleaning involves removal of tartar and plaque from above and below the gumline using special instruments.
